Clarety Global Investments, LLC, nimbly establishes new private equity funds. Our team and strategic partners in fund administration and back office work together to design, document, promote, and operate hedge funds, private equity, and venture capital funds, and may be able to supplement these funds with both advisory and de-risked capital structures. For fund design, we rely on a respected securities law firm with deep experience in securities law. In particular, our chief counsel is a member of the London Court of International Arbitration and SIFMA's legal and compliance division, and speaks regularly at the CFA Institute on hedge fund due diligence. Our firm is supplemented by back-office legal advisors who have been counsel and compliance officers at multiple capital markets enterprises, include multi-billion dollar RIAs, hedge funds, "40 Act" funds, and alternative asset managers. Our in-house compliance officer capabilities feature a team with past performance as legal and compliance supervisors at a $48 billion investment management firm featuring more than 60 investment strategies.
