JPMorgan's 32nd annual Healthcare Conference and the EBD 2014 BioTech Showcase held in San Francisco in January provided Clarety with good opportunity to meet with fund-of-funds, pharma, and financial services partners. 

"Clarety went with objectives and met all of them," said Managing Partner Paul Ward "We also met with people with projects and global biopharm investment solutions that may present good new opportunities for Clarety."

Clarety took meetings at its 388 Market Street offices from participants in both the JPMorgan and BioTech Showcase events, and had a full schedule at the BioTech Showcase booths as well. "Ironically, one of our meetings was with the State of Maryland, where we have our headquarters," Ward said. "Often you have to travel a long way to find opportunity in your back yard."
